We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team in Newcastle. In this role, you will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of services, including chronic disease management, health promotion, and immunizations.
