About the role: This is a varied and rewarding TA role, ideal for graduates who are interested in education, child development, psychology, or SEND. Your role will include: Supporting the class teacher during lessons and daily routines in a KS1 classroomWorking with small groups of pupils with additional needs outside the classroom to reinforce learningAssisting with phonics, reading, writing and early numeracy activitiesHelping pupils to stay focused, confident and engaged in their learningSupporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation using clear routines and encouragementContributing to a calm, inclusive learning environment where pupils feel safe and supported You’ll be guided by experienced teachers and support staff and will gain hands-on experience in a structured, supportive setting. About You This role is open to graduates, and no prior school experience is required.
