Sector: Accounting & Finance. Basic Salary: £50,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to advance your career with one of the North Easts most respected financial recruitment firms? We're seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Newcastle office.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the North East region
• Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
• Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base
• Contribute to the team's growth strategy and potential to mentor junior consultants

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in accountancy & Finance recruitment, with at least 2 years' experience
• Strong network within the North East accounting & finance sector
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
• Commercial acumen and deep understanding of the accountancy market
• Self-motivated with a consultative approach to recruitment

• Up to £50,000 basic salary DOE with commission scheme to 30%
