Coating Operator
Join one of our prestigious partners and be part of a leading production team! We're looking for a Coating Operator to run and maintain coating lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You'll handle line setups, changeovers, minor maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The role offers a salary of £40,500 and a rotating 3 shift working pattern.
The ideal candidate
- Ideal experience would be operating coil and/or coating lines and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and team focus
