SEND Education Recruitment Consultant- Hot Desk- Newcastle

This is an opportunity for an experienced Special Education Needs Recruitment Consultant to join a friendly, successful Education Recruitment agency in Newcastle.

This large SEND desk has become available due to internal movements in the branch.

The desk covers SEND Teachers and Support Staff supplying schools and SEND establishments across the Northeast.

There will be an initial handover period allowing you to spend time getting to know your schools and candidates

An integral part of this role is providing excellent service to your already loyal and long-standing clients.

Education recruitment experience is required along with a good understanding of Special Needs in an educational environment.

You will be working for an agency that really cares about their staff, they give you the room to run your desk with support and are one of the few agencies that don’t have KPIs.

You will have a full resourcing and compliance team helping you attract the best Teachers and support staff across the Northeast.

The desk is very warm generating a decent amount of commission which would be transferred to you after your first month.

You will be working for a company that has been established for many years with branches across the UK.

The company offers a very competitive basic salary depending on your level of experience (up to £30,000) along with inherited commission
