Learning Support Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
✅ Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom
✅ Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties
✅ Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning Requirements:
✔ Experience working with young people within the past 2 years
✔ A patient, supportive, and positive approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A passion for education and student development
