Position: MOT Tester
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, UK
Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (minimum 8 hours a day), with the possibility of additional weekend work
Hourly Rate: £22.00-£24.00 per hour
Contract Type: Long-term contract
Start Date: Immediate
CONTRACT MOT TESTER URGENTLY NEEDED
The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified MOT Tester for a long-term contract role for one of our clients at a prestigious main dealership in Newcastle.
Requirements:
* Valid MOT licence (essential).
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working as an MOT Tester, preferably within a main dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct MOT tests on vehicles in line with DVSA standards.
* Diagnose and repair any faults found during inspections.
* Complete all relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.
