Salary Range: SCP4 – SCP5 £25,185 - £25,583 FTE (Pro Rata £8,851 - £8,991)

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment

Working Type: Part Time (14 hours/41 weeks/48.299 paid weeks)

Base: Walbottle Academy, Hexham Road, NE15 9TP

Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

This role covers both our reception and reprographics departments with working days of Wednesday (reception) and Thursday (reprographics). Working reception involves meeting and greeting staff/students and visitors in and out of the building, answering phone calls and passing on information to the appropriate places. Working in reprographics entails printing work resources for students and staff, following jobs and orders received via email ensuring they are printed and organised in a timely and efficient manner.
