About the Role
As Exams & Data Administrator , you will support the effective organisation of internal and external exams alongside key school data processes. Working closely with senior leaders and relevant staff, you will help ensure systems are accurate, compliant and well communicated.
Key responsibilities may include:
Supporting the administration of exams, including entries, timetables, seating plans and exam-day logistics
Maintaining accurate exam records and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
Supporting internal assessments and mock exam processes
Producing and maintaining reports and data extracts to support tracking and progress monitoring
Supporting data input and checking accuracy across school systems
Communicating key information clearly to staff, pupils and parents as required
Supporting results processes and post-results administration (where appropriate)
Maintaining confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information at all times
This role suits someone who is methodical, calm under pressure and able to manage deadlines without losing attention to detail.

Heads of department and pastoral teams
The exams function (Exams Officer or admin lead)
Wider office and admin colleagues

What the School is Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Experience in school administration, exams administration, data/admin support or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing deadlines
Excellent organisation and accurate record keeping
Confidence using IT systems, including spreadsheets and database-style platforms (MIS/data systems training provided)
Strong communication skills and a professional manner
Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding in an education setting
Experience with exam processes and/or school data systems is desirable, but strong transferable admin/data experience will be considered.
