Salary: £100 - £130 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time | 5 days per week

Your Role as an Employer Engagement Tutor:

* Support learners by delivering high-quality employability sessions, workshops, and one-to-one guidance.
* Build strong relationships with local employers to secure work experience, placements, and job opportunities.
* Prepare learners for the workplace through CV support, interview preparation, and skills development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure learners receive a positive, engaging, and impactful learning experience.

What You'll Need as an Employer Engagement Tutor:

* Experience in employability tutoring, employer engagement, careers guidance, or similar fields.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners.
* Confidence in building employer networks and liaising with external partners.
* A proactive, organised approach and a genuine passion for learner success.
* Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week .
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
