The Role

As a key member of our underwriting team, you'll:

Underwrite and manage a diverse portfolio of Property & Casualty business, with a focus on profitable new opportunities.

Build and maintain strong broker relationships across the region - you'll be the face of our trading strategy.

Use your market knowledge and data insight to help shape product innovation and pricing strategy.

Work closely with a collaborative team that values speed, smart decision-making, and accountability.

Play an active role in driving the MGA's continued growth and reputation for service excellence.

About You

You're commercially astute, confident, and love to trade. You'll bring:

Solid experience in Property & Casualty underwriting, ideally within UK regional or SME markets.

A strong trading mentality and genuine enthusiasm for building long-term broker partnerships.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound underwriting judgment.

The drive to work autonomously while contributing to a high-energy, supportive team culture.
