New Build Conveyancer - Newcastle We are looking for a driven and experienced New Build Conveyancer to join an exciting new venture and help build a brand-new department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership, shape a new team, and drive forward the development of a new build conveyancing service. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of a diverse caseload of new build residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to completion Work closely with clients, developers, mortgage brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the process, proactively resolving issues as they arise Play a key role in setting up and developing the department, with potential to build and lead a team in the future About You: Significant experience in new build conveyancing, with a proven track record of handling a full caseload Strong knowledge of residential property law, particularly with a focus on new builds Highly motivated and proactive, with the drive to take a leading role in establishing and growing a new department Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a client-focused approach Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to embrace the challenge of developing a new service offering What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £45,000+, depending on experience Opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture and help shape a department from the ground up Long-term progression opportunities, with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the department expands A supportive environment that encourages career development and advancement If you're a forward-thinking New Build Conveyancer ready to take on a leadership challenge and help build something special, we want to hear from you.
